Based on the data analysis, we create a detailed program to fit your specific players and property. Our team then assists you in selecting the right gift variety, brands and product mix to fit your players qualifications. We’ll also establish:

3. MARKETING

Working alongside your marketing department, we can help create key marketing deliverables (signage, direct mail, news letters, email, local Ads, web graphics) to incentivize, engage and inform your players. We also help build a custom product catalog and order form, in both physical and digital formats.

4. MONITOR

Throughout the earning period the mark-it Smart team will assist in evaluating earning reports and player data in order to determine if adjustments need to be made to the marketing plan and earning methodology to ensure the program’s success.

5. SETUP & ASSIST

Mark-it Smart and a team of brand experts will setup and merchandise an event space at your property. During the event, our staff and manufacturer representatives will assist your guests throughout the entire process of redeeming their points, answering any questions and helping select their perfect gift!

6. DROP SHIP

All gifts will be drop shipped directly to your guest’s home within 3 weeks. Each guest will receive an email order confirmation with their tracking number. Your players will receive their merchandise and be left with a lasting impression.
